Polygon Labs Acquires Coinme for Regulated Payments in 48 US States

The blockchain developer now facilitates money transfers in the US market after finalizing its purchase of the Coinme platform. Polygon Labs integrated these laicensed services into its Open Money Stack, securing 37 state-level money transmitter licenses and 11 exemptions to operate across 48 US states and registering as a money services business with FinCEN.

Initial customers including Tazapay, Mesh, Toku and Kira are now using the infrastructure for cross-border business payments, global payroll, account top-ups and USD services.
