The latest AI video tool from Elon Musk's SpaceXAI has reached the #17 spot on the AA-Video-T2V v2.0 leaderboard, placing it two positions above Google's Veo 3.1. At 1080p resolution, Video 1.5 Lite costs $0.14 per second, which is approximately 35% of the $0.40 per second price of Google's competing model. Artificial Analysis benchmarks show no other model on the AA-Video-T2V-Silent v2.0 list is both faster and higher quality, with Video 1.5 Lite producing 10 second 1080p clips in a median of 60.5 seconds. This Lite version is 44% cheaper than the original Grok Imagine Video 1.5, which costs $0.25 per second at 1080p, though it ranks six places lower.
