Technical staff at firms including Morgan Stanley and Novo Nordisk will undergo simulated deployment drills to bridge the gap between AI prototypes and corporate production. Anthropic is committing $100M to certify 10,000 'Frontier Deployed Engineers' through its new Claude Frontier Academy by the end of 2027. The program includes in-person training and graded practicals followed by a 12 week real world project deployment at organizations such as Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Deloitte, McKinsey and Commonwealth Bank.
