Assume that by the resolution date, the Project Star Encinal, Texas energy campus is materially delayed, cancelled, suspended, relocated, downsized, or stripped of the announced development basis after the reported selection of NextEra Energy Resources and partners. The reported announced basis is a more-than-$22 billion campus with about 6.47 GW of natural-gas generation supporting a nearby 5 GW Related Digital data center campus and sending excess power to the grid; any exact revised capacity, investment amount, cancellation payments, or replacement power plan remains as reported at the time and is not assumed here.
