A central component of the push is the "Genesis Mission," which has secured $2.4 billion in computing resources from tech giants. Nvidia is contributing $1 billion in capacity over five years, while OpenAI and Amazon are providing $200 million and $50 million respectively. Anthropic pledged $150 million and is making its Claude AI available to more than 15 federal agencies. The initiative also includes $100 million in credits from National Compute for the White House and another $100 million for the public sector, alongside a 14 institution compute hub across 10 southeastern states.
