Incremental mixed rollout

Ukraine advances toward no-infantry assaults but finds that communications, mines, mud, electronic warfare, and battery endurance still require humans close to the fight. The program still reduces casualties and improves logistics, but it does not create a clean battlefield substitute for infantry within the stated year.
