x86 AI Uptake

The most likely upside path is that oneDNN as the PyTorch x86 CPU standard makes AMD EPYC and Intel Xeon CPUs more competitive for CPU-based inference, retrieval-augmented generation, and preprocessing workloads. This does not displace GPUs for frontier training, but it improves the economics of enterprise AI workloads already running on x86 servers.
