A technology firm that integrates decentralized ledger systems and artificial intelligence to create a development platform is organizing its initial move into the public markets. EasyA received an independent valuation of $1.1 billion and plans to conduct a direct listing in the first half of 2027, CoinDesk reported.

Co-founder Phil Kwok stated that he and his brother built the company from a starting point of zero revenue, noting that they once struggled to generate even $10. The company currently provides tools for developers to build blockchain and AI applications as it scales toward its public debut.
