Meta Prometheus Nvidia GPU buildout materially falls short

Assume that by March 31, 2027, Meta's Prometheus buildout at the New Albany, Ohio compute center materially falls short of the roughly 1 million Nvidia GPU trajectory because of an implementation delay, deferral, or scale reduction. The initiating change is a concrete constraint or decision, such as delayed Nvidia system deliveries, deferred procurement, slower data-center construction, insufficient power or interconnection readiness, financing or capital-allocation changes that push deployment beyond the horizon, or a strategic decision by Meta to use materially less Nvidia capacity at Prometheus. Exact missing GPU counts, megawatts, revised spending, revised completion dates, and substitution into non-Nvidia accelerators remain unavailable unless later disclosed.
