SpaceX Launches 130 Payloads on Transporter 18 Rideshare Mission

A Falcon 9 rocket lifted off from California on Oct. 1, deploying a variety of customer equipment into space. The Transporter-18 mission carried 130 individual payloads for a wide range of operators as part of a dedicated orbital delivery program.

Liftoff was targeted for 11:22 a.m. PT. The SmallSat Rideshare effort allows multiple clients to share a single launch vehicle to reduce costs and increase the frequency of access to orbit for small satellite operators.
