Frequent flyers are transitioning to a new status structure for the next calendar year to determine their travel benefits. Starting Jan. 1, the airline will move members into Silver, Gold, or Platinum ranks based on activity, eliminating the previous A-List and A-List Preferred designations. Silver requires 35,000 points or 25 flights, Gold requires 65,000 points or 50 flights, and Platinum requires 140,000 points or 100 flights. Current A-List members will move to Silver, A-List Preferred will move to Gold, and Platinum members will receive unlimited Companion Pass trips.
