Technical Abort Scrutiny

A technical issue during countdown or early operations interrupts the launch cluster and prompts inspections. Given Falcon 9’s mature record, a non-catastrophic abort is more plausible than a major mishap, but even a temporary pause would matter because SpaceX carries much of the global launch manifest.
