California Wins Back Work

California's first post-production tax credit gives studios a practical reason to keep editing, sound, color, and visual-effects finishing in Los Angeles. The credit does not reverse all runaway production, but it slows the leakage of high-value post work to New Jersey, Georgia, New York, and Canada.
