The startup, BuyWithHoma, provides users with up to 2% cash back that can be applied to the purchase price, closing costs, or mortgage rate buy-downs to reduce overall transaction expenses.

Quiet Capital led a $5M seed funding round for the company, with participation from Restive VC and Rex Salisbury. The platform uses AI to streamline the acquisition process and claims its suite of tools can help home buyers save more than $10,000.
