Abuse Outpaces Fixes

Attackers reproduce parts of the RISE methodology and use it to bypass newer image models before vendors can fully patch. This is less likely than coordinated remediation, but the prior South Korea fake-nudes crisis shows that image-model abuse can scale quickly when safeguards fail.
