Map Is Blocked

A less likely but plausible outcome is that the Supreme Court intervenes against the Eighth Circuit order and prevents immediate use of the 7R-1D map. That would preserve or revive a map closer to Missouri’s prior 6R-2D delegation, at least while state-law and referendum questions continue.
